Today, we’ll go on a panoramic tour of the capital of Italy and one of the oldest and most influential cities in Western civilization. We’ll see the Colosseum, the Roman Forums, the squares and fountains of the center, and experience the vibrant life of the city. We’ll finish in St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican, an independent state within the city of Rome and the center of the Catholic Church. You can visit the basilica and the museums.In the evening, we’ll include a transfer to Trastevere, a lively neighborhood known for its traditional little restaurants.

Rome - Termoli - Trani - Bari
Dia 3
Today, we’ll travel toward the Adriatic Sea, passing through the stunning landscapes of the Apennine Mountain range. Our first stop will be the San Giovanni in Venere Abbey, a beautiful 11th-century abbey built on the ruins of an ancient Roman temple. Next, we’ll visit Termoli, a charming coastal city where the beach is framed by the walled old town, with its 13th-century castle and Romanesque cathedral as the main attractions. You’ll have time to enjoy lunch and take a leisurely walk. We’ll then continue to Trani, known as “the pearl of the Adriatic.” This magnificent city embraces the sea and showcases its stunning pink Romanesque cathedral. We’ll arrive in Bari later in the day, where you’ll have some free time to explore the lively port, stroll along the seafront, and wander through the old town’s narrow alleys before heading to the hotel.

Bari - Brindisi - Lecce - Taranto - Brindisi
Dia 4
After breakfast, we’ll have time for a walk through the old town of Bari, a port city with roots that stretch back to pre-Roman times. Its narrow streets, churches, and vibrant atmosphere make it a truly special place. Later, we’ll continue to Brindisi, a walled port city where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the sea, admire the impressive Roman column, and explore the old quarter. Our next stop will be Lecce, a charming city renowned for its stunning baroque architecture, earning the nickname "Florence of the South." The historic center is filled with beautifully ornate baroque buildings and churches. You’ll have time for a walk and lunch here. In the afternoon, we’ll visit Taranto, a lively city that embodies the spirit of southern Italy—with its traditions, atmosphere, and a touch of faded charm. Here, you’ll see the impressive Castello Aragonese, the old quarter, and the cathedral. We’ll return to Brindisi at the end of the day for our accommodation.

Brindisi - Alberobello - Matera - Naples
Dia 5
Today, we’ll visit two extraordinary and authentic towns. Our first stop will be Alberobello, famous for its unique conical-shaped houses known as trulli. These distinctive structures, with their stacked stone roofs, are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and represent a remarkable example of Italian rural architecture. Next, we’ll head to Matera, located in the Basilicata region, renowned for its ancient historic center and the Sassi di Matera—a complex of ancient dwellings and buildings carved into the rock, dating back thousands of years. Not only is it a World Heritage Site, but also one of the oldest continuously inhabited human settlements in the world. You’ll have time to explore and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll continue our journey through Basilicata and Campania, taking in the beautiful mountain landscapes. We’ll arrive in Naples by evening, where you’ll have free time to explore.

Naples - Capri - Pompeii - Rome
Dia 6
We’ll take a ferry to Capri, and after a 45-minute crossing, we’ll arrive on this island, famous for its natural beauty and luxurious lifestyle. If you’d like, you can take a boat to the Grotta Bianca or ride the cable car up to Capri town and visit the Gardens of Augustus for stunning panoramic views. We’ll then return to Naples, where you’ll have time for a walk and lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll visit Pompeii (admission and guided tour included), the once-thriving city that was buried under ash and rubble when Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD. We’ll continue to Rome, arriving at the end of the day.
We’ll travel to Pisa, where we’ll take a train from the parking area to the monumental Piazza dei Miracoli, home to the famous Leaning Tower. You´ll have free time for lunch. Afterward, we’ll head to Santa Margherita Ligure, where we’ll take a boat to Portofino, one of the most exclusive destinations in Europe. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to stroll along the waterfront and enjoy some leisure time. We’ll then continue to Genoa, a city whose downtown reflects its rich history as a powerful republic during the Middle Ages.Note: Occasionally, due to weather conditions, the boat to Portofino may not operate in winter. In such cases, additional free time will be provided in Santa Margherita. Alternatively, you can reach Portofino by public microbus (please keep in mind that the service can be limited, and there may be longer waiting times).

Genoa - San giulio - Milan - Verona
Dia 8
Today, we’ll discover one of Europe’s most beautiful landscapes: the Italian lakes nestled in the valleys of the Alps. We’ll travel to Lake Orta, where we’ll visit the medieval town of Orta San Giulio, known for its remarkably well-preserved architecture. Our visit includes a train ride to the center of this charming village and a boat trip to San Giulio Island, which is home to a monastery. Afterward, we’ll head to Milan, the main financial and economic hub of Italy. You’ll have free time to explore the downtown area, visit Milan´s renowned cathedral, and have lunch. We’ll then continue our journey through the Po Valley to Verona, where you’ll have free time for dinner.

Verona - Venice
Dia 9
In Verona, you’ll have free time to explore the city of Romeo and Juliet. We’ll then continue to Venice, with an expected arrival around noon. We’ll include a boat transfer to St. Mark’s Square, where a local guide will lead us on a walking tour through the city of canals. You’ll also have the opportunity to admire Murano glasswork. Enjoy free time for lunch and be sure to take a ride on one of the famous gondolas. We’ll be spending the night in the Mestre area or nearby.

Venice - Florence
Dia 10
After crossing the picturesque landscapes of the Apennines, we’ll arrive in Florence. Our first stop will be Piazzale Michelangelo, which offers a breathtaking view of the city. You´ll have free time for lunch. In the afternoon, we´ll include a guided tour of the city center with a local guide, seeing iconic sites like the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, and Piazza della Signoria. This city is truly an open-air museum. Enjoy some additional free time to explore at your leisure.

Florence - Siena - Assisi - Rome
Dia 11
We’ll travel to Siena, where we’ll have the chance to see the stunning Piazza del Campo and its beautiful cathedral. Next, we’ll head to Assisi for an included visit to the Basilica with a local guide or a Franciscan monk. Free time for lunch. Arrival in Rome in the evening.
