In the morning, we’ll leave for Aragon, travelling through the lands of Castile. Our first stop will be in Zaragoza to admire the stunning Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. We’ll then journey to the serene Poblet Abbey, one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world (tickets included). Finally, we’ll head to Barcelona, where we’ll arrive in the evening.

In the morning we will enjoy the city tour of Barcelona, open to the Mediterranean Sea, famous for Gaudí and its modernist architecture, for its promenades and memories of the Universal Exhibitions and Olympics that took place there. Barcelona is considered one of the most beautiful and interesting European cities. Free time in the afternoon.In the evening we include a transfer to the Maremagnum, an avant-garde leisure center with restaurants facing the sea, next to Plaza Colón, where you can stroll through this lively area and dine.

We´ll include a scenic tour of the capital of Italy, one of the oldest and most influential cities in Western civilization. You´ll see the Colosseum, the Roman forums, the central squares and fountains, and experience the vibrant life of the city. We´ll finish at St. Peter´s Basilica in the Vatican, an independent microstate within Rome and the center of the Catholic Church, where you´ll be able to visit the basilica and museums.In the evening, we´ll include a transfer to Trastevere, a lively neighborhood known for its charming traditional restaurants.

We’ll travel to the North of France and go through border-crossing procedures before embarking in Calais, where we’ll take one of the ferries that cross the Channel Tunnel. We suggest having lunch during the crossing. Once in the United Kingdom, we’ll stop in Canterbury, a historic World Heritage Site, famous for its impressive Gothic cathedral. Here, we’ll have time for a stroll through its picturesque historic center with its cobbled streets and timber-framed cozy buildings. We’ll continue to London.

In the morning, we’ll go on a city tour of London, visiting Westminster, the Parliament, the City, and the Thames. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time, during which we’ll offer an optional visit to the Thames Valley, including the town of Windsor, crowned by the stunning Windsor Castle. In the evening, we’ll meet at Piccadilly for a walk through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, known for its vibrant atmosphere, theaters, and entertainment (in some cases, this evening program might be organized for the previous day, upon arrival in London). Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel by bus.

London - Oxford - Portsmouth-st. malo ferry

Enjoy a free morning in London. After lunch, we’ll travel to Oxford, where you’ll have time to explore this city, renowned for its historic university. We’ll then continue to Portsmouth to board a modern ferry to France. You’ll spend the night on board in double cabins with private bathrooms (bunk beds). Note: On rare occasions, due to the lack of availability of double cabins, we may take an alternative ferry and follow a different itinerary. We recommend packing a separate bag for the night on board. Please note that breakfast during the crossing will not be included.

We’ll arrive in Normandy and continue to Mont-Saint-Michel, known as “The Marvel,” where you´ll have time to explore the city, surrounded by the sea and the abbey. Next, in Brittany, we’ll stop in Saint-Malo, whose powerful walls defend the city. After some time for lunch, we’ll continue to Dinan, a charming town in the Brittany region. We’ll then make our way to Rennes, the capital of Brittany, with its fascinating and monumental historic center.
