From the moment you step aboard the Sun Princess, we want you to feel welcome and at home.
With attentive service from friendly staff who know what hospitality means, you'll find that
your Princess® ship is truly your home away from home.
The Sun Princess® is the first ship in our fleet to be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG). This cleaner burning fuel will significantly reduce air emissions and marine diesel to minimize our environmental footprint.
It is the third ship to carry the Sun Princess® name, adding to the legacy of the first ship to sail from 1974 to 1988 and the second to sail from 1995 to 2020.
Barcelona is a city on the coast of northeastern Spain. It's the capital and biggest city of the autonomous community of Catalonia, as well as the second most populous municipality of Spain. With a population of 1.6 million within city limits, its urban area extends to numerous neighbouring municipalities within the Province of Barcelona and is home to around 4.8 million people, making it the fifth most populous urban area in the European Union after Paris, the Ruhr area, Madrid, and Milan. It's one of the largest metropolises on the Mediterranean Sea, located on the coast between the mouths of the rivers Llobregat and Besòs, and bounded to the west by the Serra de Collserola mountain range, the tallest peak of which is 512 metres (1,680 feet) high.

Rome will charm you and it will hardly leave you unmoved. It will surprise you, as it has so much to offer to any visitor, and its beauty has merely been slightly obscured by the passage of time. Rome is one of the world's most photogenic cities - not surprising when you remember what's here - The Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, St Peter's Square, Spanish Steps, Colosseum... Whether you spend your time sightseeing, or lounging in cafés watching the world go by, it will be your turn to star in your very own Roman Holiday. If you can plan to stay for as long as a week, you won't run out of things to do and you'll still feel like you're leaving too soon.
