Tarifa Spain

Tarifa is a holiday spot in the south of Spain, in Cádiz. The strait of Gibraltar that separates the continents of Europe and Africa is only 14 km away. Tarifa is one of the seaside towns with the greatest tourist fame, having become a real Mecca for windsurfers. In addition to its numerous prehistoric remains such as the naturalistic paintings in the Moro Cave, and the necropolis at Los Algarbes. El Cañuelo is a beach with natural surroundings, stunning vegetation, and crystal-clear water, which can be accessed from the Camarinal Lighthouse. Los Alemanes beach stretches from the La Plata Cape to Gracia Cape. Lastly, Atlanterra is the continuation of Zahara de los Atunes. The borough extends across four different protected natural areas, like Los Alcornocales Natural Park or El Estrecho Natural Park.
