Day 1: Stockholm

Welcome to your tour with Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.


Day 2: Stockholm - Mora

After breakfast with a local guide we will have a city tour of this beautiful capital of 14 islands linked together, where water is present everywhere. We will visit Gamla Stan or “City between the Bridges”, the old town of the city full of life, where many of the monumental buildings are located, such as the Nobel Museum next to the Main Square or Stortorget, which honors the winners of the Nobel Prizes, the Cathedral or the Royal Palace. We can have a nice view from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Free time afterwards.Around 16:00 hrs. we will leave for the northwest of Sweden. Pleasant landscapes of hills, agricultural lands, small towns and lakes on our way. MORA, arrival in the evening to this small city, located between two lakes, where Gustav I of Sweden gained support of the population in 1521 to fight against the Danes, who had invaded the country.


Day 3: Mora - Funasdalen - Roros - Trondheim

We’ll depart early for Norway, traveling through vast forests, lakes, and mountains. Our first stop will be Funäsdalen, a popular ski resort. From there, we’ll continue to Røros, where we’ll have time for lunch and to explore this historic mining town, a World Heritage Site and one of the most picturesque towns in Norway. Highlights include its charming historic center, the old miners´ houses, and a museum dedicated to the town’s old foundry. Our journey will then take us to Trondheim, located in the central coastal region of Norway. As the third largest city in the country, Trondheim boasts a rich history dating back to the Viking era and served as the capital of Norway during the Middle Ages. Highlights include its 11th-century cathedral and the iconic old bridge over the canal. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy Trondheim’s vibrant nightlife and its wide selection of restaurants.


Day 4: Trondheim - Kristiansund - Atlantic road - Molde

After some time exploring the heart of Trondheim, we’ll continue our journey. Today, we’ll take in stunning views of the coastline and fjords along the Norwegian Sea. We’ll cross one of these fjords by ferry before arriving in Kristiansund, a city celebrated for its beautiful natural surroundings. Traditionally a fishing hub, Kristiansund is spread across several islands connected by bridges and embankments, giving the city its unique character. The charming city center features cobblestone streets, shops, restaurants and cafes. We’ll have time to stroll around and enjoy lunch here. Later, we’ll travel through scenic landscapes to visit the Kvernes Stave Church (admission included), a 14th-century treasure that houses an incredible 300-year-old ship model and altarpieces dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Our route will then take us along the famous Atlantic Road, often considered the most beautiful stretch of road by the ocean in Norway. This spectacular drive crosses eight bridges that connect various islands. At times, the ocean’s swell crashes against the coast, heightening the dramatic beauty of the scenery. We’ll stop at one of the viewpoints to soak in the views before continuing to Molde, where we’ll arrive by evening. This vibrant town, nestled along its fjord, is a regular docking point for cruise ships.


Day 5: Molde - Geiranger - Briksdal - Loen

We’ll experience a day of breathtaking beauty, with World Heritage Site fjords, glaciers, and picturesque towns along our route. Our adventure will begin with a ferry crossing of the Romsdal Fjord, a 50-minute journey through stunning landscapes. From there, we’ll ascend into the snowy mountains, and then descend towards the stunning Storfjorden, where even more breathtaking views await. Another ferry ride (30 minutes) will take us past snow-capped peaks to the Eagle Viewpoint, overlooking the Geiranger Fjord, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Norway. Next, we’ll arrive in Geiranger, home to a fjord that has been designated a World Heritage Site. This area is considered one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. You’ll have free time to explore—perhaps take a boat ride along the fjord, stroll beside the waterfalls that flow into the town, or relax in the village. After lunch, we’ll continue through impressive mountain landscapes and fjords. Our next stop will be Briksdalsbre, an awe-inspiring glacier set in a stunning natural location. There will be time to hike from the base to the glacier, either on foot or by electric vehicle (optional). Dinner will be included, and we’ll spend the night in Loen, a charming town by the fjord. Here, you can ride one of the steepest cable cars in the world, which takes you from the fjord to over 1,000 meters above sea level.


Day 6: Loen - Bergen

We’ll set off early, with just under 300 km of breathtaking scenery between us and Bergen. Our journey will follow the fjord shores, cross mountains, and include a scenic ferry ride. We’ll arrive in Bergen around lunchtime, where we’ve arranged a cable car ride up Fløyen Mountain for stunning views over the city. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore Norway’s second-largest city, known for its rich history, vibrant cultural life, and spectacular natural surroundings. Take a stroll through Bryggen, the historic dock district with its brightly colored wooden buildings, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you’d like, you can also visit the Aquarium or the bustling fish market with its array of small restaurants.


Day 7: Bergen - Eidfjord - Voringfossen - Geilo - Oslo

We’ll leave Bergen early and travel into the heart of Norway. Our journey will take us across the impressive suspension bridge over the Hardanger Fjord, one of the most beautiful in the country. We’ll stop in Eidfjord, a charming town on the fjord’s edge. Next, we’ll visit Vøringfossen, considered Norway’s most spectacular waterfall, with an awe-inspiring 182-meter drop. We’ll explore the viewpoints and bridges that offer stunning scenery of the falls. Afterward, we’ll continue through breathtaking landscapes of desolate, cold high plateaus, dotted with small lakes—frozen most of the year—and snowfields, leading us to Geilo, a popular ski resort town where we’ll stop for lunch. Following lunch, we’ll continue our journey toward Oslo, arriving in the evening. Once in Oslo, we recommend exploring its lively city center, strolling through the historic harbor, and heading up to the rooftop terrace of the modern Opera House.


Day 8: Oslo - Oslo copenhagen ferry

In the morning, we’ll go on a panoramic tour of Oslo, the capital of Norway, known as Europe’s green capital and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. With our local guide, we’ll pass by the Royal Palace, stop at Frogner Park to admire its impressive sculpture collection, and see the exterior of the Town Hall, the old port, and the new Opera House. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore on your own. You might choose to visit one of the city’s popular museums. After lunch, we’ll board a modern night ferry, which offers the comforts of a cruise ship, and set sail across the sea to Denmark. We’ll spend the afternoon and night on board, with accommodation in cabins and breakfast included.Note: The ferry is scheduled to depart at 3:00 p.m. (boarding at 2:00 p.m.) and arrive in Copenhagen at 10:00 a.m. Ferry schedules are subject to change.


Day 9: Oslo copenhagen ferry - Copenhagen

We’ll arrive in Copenhagen in the morning and begin with a panoramic tour with a local guide of the Danish capital. Copenhagen is known for its exceptional quality of life, commitment to sustainability, and rich cultural heritage. On the tour, we’ll visit The Little Mermaid statue, stroll through Nyhavn Harbor with its colorful historic buildings, see the exterior of Amalienborg Palace, home to the Danish royal family, and explore City Hall Square and the Tivoli Gardens area. The afternoon will be free for you to enjoy at your leisure.


Day 10: Copenhagen - Rostock - Szczecin

After breakfast, we’ll head to Gedser, a quaint town that marks the southernmost point of Scandinavia. Around 11:00 a.m., we’ll board a modern ferry to Germany for a two-hour crossing of the Baltic Sea. We recommend you have lunch on the ship. We’ll arrive in Rostock, where you’ll have time to explore this lively city, with the largest German port on the Baltic. Its vibrant old town features landmarks such as the Market Square, the City Hall, and St. Mary’s Church. Continuing our journey, we’ll travel through the Pomerania region into Poland. We’ll arrive in Szczecin in the evening, a historic university city on the banks of the Oder River. The city’s charming historic center is home to the Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle and scenic riverside terraces. You’ll have free time to stroll around and soak in the atmosphere.


Day 11: Szczecin - Bydgoszcz - Torun - Warsaw

After breakfast, we’ll travel through the peaceful regions of western Poland, an area that was part of Germany until the end of World War II. Our first stop will be Bydgoszcz, where you’ll have time to stroll through this historic city, known for its beautiful architecture, scenic parks, and canals that connect the Vistula and Oder rivers. Enjoy some time for lunch before we continue our journey.Next, we’ll head to Toruń, a walled Gothic city with a stunning historic center, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the birthplace of Copernicus. You’ll have time to explore, and if you wish, you can visit his museum-house. Afterward, we’ll continue our route to Warsaw, the capital of Poland, arriving by the end of the day.


Day 12: Warsaw

We’ll start the day with a panoramic tour of Warsaw with a local guide. Home to nearly two million people, this political and economic hub of Poland boasts a blend of modern architecture and meticulously restored historic buildings. We’ll stroll through the charming old town, featuring many old buildings, the Royal Palace, and cobbled streets, all restored after their destruction in World War II and now declared a World Heritage Site. We’ll visit the Palace of Culture, a skyscraper gifted by the Soviet Union, reflect on the history of what was once the largest Jewish ghetto in Europe, and wander through Lazienki Park, home to the Chopin Monument.You’ll have free time in the afternoon to visit museums, such as the National Museum and the Warsaw Rising Museum, or to explore the lively city center filled with shops and activities.


Day 13: Warsaw - Olsztyn - Elblag canal - Malbork - Gdansk

After breakfast, we’ll depart for northern Poland. Our first stop will be Olsztynek, where we’ll visit the open-air Museum of Folk Architecture (admission included). Here, you can admire wooden houses, old mills, and a traditional church, making it feel like you’ve stepped back in time! We’ll then continue to the Elblag Canal, the longest navigable canal in Poland, where we’ll visit a museum located in an area where boats are hauled over land on rails to navigate elevation changes. Next, we’ll head to Malbork to visit its impressive castle (admission included, green route), one of the largest medieval castles in Europe, built in the 13th century by the Teutonic Order and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll arrive in Gdansk—formerly known as Danzig—in the evening. The historic center is stunning and lively, and we highly recommend an evening stroll to experience its vibrant atmosphere.


Day 14: Gdansk - Sopot - Sopot nynashamn ferry

After breakfast, we’ll join our guide for a visit to the European Solidarity Centre, a striking contemporary building that commemorates the history of the Solidarity movement, which played a pivotal role in the fall of the Soviet Union. Highlights include the monument dedicated to the fallen workers. Next, we’ll include admission to the Museum of the Second World War. This impressive museum, opened in 2017, serves as a powerful reminder of the 3 to 6 million people who lost their lives in Poland during that tragic conflict. Afterward, we’ll have some time to explore the historic center before heading to Sopot, a charming seaside resort on the Baltic Sea. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, Sopot features a long sandy beach and one of Europe’s longest wooden piers, offering stunning views of the sea. In the evening, we’ll board a modern ferry (cruise-style) for our journey to Sweden. The scheduled departure is at 07:30 p.m., with overnight accommodations in cabins. Breakfast will be included.


Day 15: Sopot nynashamn ferry - Stockholm

After a pleasant journey, our ferry will arrive in Karlskrona in southern Sweden around 06:30 a.m. We’ll continue to Stockholm, with a stop in Västervik, a charming seaside town with a picturesque historic center. In the afternoon, we’ll arrive in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, a beautiful city spread across fourteen islands in the Baltic Sea archipelago, connected by numerous bridges and ferries. Stockholm is renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and its blend of modernity and tradition. The afternoon is yours to enjoy. We recommend taking a stroll through the historic center and visiting its museums and parks.Our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful and lasting memories.Please, check the time of your flight in case you might need an additional night.
