We had the opportunity to stay for 8 nights, and there are many positives about this property. Here are a few highlights: The pool is excellent—very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. That said, we do have a suggestion: it would be helpful to have a "no food around the pool" policy. My daughter visited the pool area 8 times during our stay, and on a few occasions, there was litter left behind by others. Another thing we truly liked was the quality of the housekeeping. The service was consistent, done daily, and well-organized, which helped maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast buffet. While the food quality was generally good, it was often lukewarm rather than hot. Also, getting coffee or creamer sometimes took extra effort, as staff were occasionally chatting in the corner instead of being attentive to guests. It would also be nice to see more variety in the buffet, including more traditional food options.

I loved the stay. However, on weekends it gets noisy and some of the staff doesn’t speak English when ordering room service. Furthermore, a bunch of bikers “chilled” outside the hotel and weren’t removed by security making the environment feel unsafe
