Excellent boutique style hotel

Fantastic hotel, great location in centre of Bilbao. Very friendly and exceptional reception staff. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms with great shower. Delicious, fresh and tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Great coffee and breakfast staff so friendly and helpful. We didn’t use roof top pool as weather not hot enough, but looked stunning and will return in the summer to try it out. Cannot recommend more highly.

Lovely quiet room. City view room was not of the city- faced a block wall! Asked Robin ( reception) for alternative - very unhelpful and rude. Didn’t tell us details of spa /hotel etc when we checked in. Told us to come back at 3pm only to discover our bags had not been put inside luggage room - had been left outside the door unattended and also no room change requested! Robin was going off shift at 3! Hotel very nice, good location.

Lovely place to stay and amazing staff. Poor soundproofing on rooms - we were able to hear an awful lot of the goings on of other guests.

Fantastic hotel. The thermostat did not function so it was a bit stuffy and the sheets were very scratchy , but the staff was friendly, helpful and kind and the location was perfect
