Ban Phe Thailand

Ban Phe has been a small town with its own local government since 1999. Ban Phe is made up of 23 municipalities and 7 villages. The town has a kindergarten, 3 elementary schools, and a middle school. The city councilor is Mr. Phairat Arunwetsaset. The residents primarily make their living from fishing, commerce, and employment in one of the eight fish processing plants. Tourism has grown increasingly significant in recent years, attracting more and more foreigners to settle here. Ban Phe serves as the primary departure point for trips to Ko Samet Island. Dried fish, dried crabs, and the particularly popular crab paste and fish sauce are sold along the waterfront. Ban Phe Beach stretches for 5 miles. The nearby Park Suan Son is a favorite spot for picnics in shaded areas. The Rayong Aquarium is situated on the outskirts of Ban Phe.
