Tarifa is a vacation spot located in the southern part of Spain, in Cádiz. The Strait of Gibraltar, which separates the continents of Europe and Africa, is just 14 km away. Tarifa is one of the most famous seaside towns, having become a true haven for windsurfers. In addition to its numerous prehistoric remains such as the naturalistic paintings in the Moro Cave, and the necropolis at Los Algarbes. El Cañuelo is a beach with natural surroundings, stunning vegetation, and crystal-clear water, which can be accessed from the Camarinal Lighthouse. Los Alemanes beach extends from the La Plata Cape to Gracia Cape. Lastly, Atlanterra is the extension of Zahara de los Atunes. The borough spans across four different protected natural areas, like Los Alcornocales Natural Park or El Estrecho Natural Park.
